In partnership with RIG, we transformed an existing 11,000-square-foot office space into a sophisticated, state-of-the-art headquarters tailored to the needs of a new corporate tenant. The renovation focused on delivering a highly specialized, function-driven environment that supports both operational efficiency and creative collaboration.

The reimagined space features a curated product showcase area, an efficient sample packaging zone, a flexible collaborative workroom, and an inviting application lounge designed for interaction and demonstration. Through a custom blend of architectural detailing and interior design, every zone serves a purposeful role, contributing to a cohesive, modern workplace that reflects the tenant’s brand and enhances their daily workflow.

The result is a headquarters that is not only visually distinctive but strategically crafted an inspiring environment built to empower innovation, teamwork, and long-term growth.
