The architecture is defined by its steep gables, painted brick façade, and expansive black-framed windows a contemporary twist on traditional Tudor proportions that flood the interiors with light and create dramatic connections to the outdoors.
Interior designer Noha Blake curated a palette of modern textures and finishes to complement the architecture, blending sophistication with livability. Highlights include a double-height living room anchored by floor-to-ceiling windows, a bespoke home bar, and warm gathering spaces that balance elegance with comfort.
