LEED Certified Warehouse Carlstadt, NJ Located adjacent to the sensitive ecosystem of the New Jersey Meadowlands, 245 Paterson Plank Road is a new, ground-up45,000-square-foot warehouse facility in Carlstadt, NJ. The project requiredintricate planning to address significant environmental impacts and strict DEPflood regulations, ultimately necessitating the structure be raised four feetabove the existing grade.The project’s success was driven by a cohesive partnershipbetween the design team, the building owner Terreno, JLL (ConstructionManagement), and Gilbane (General Contractor). Through this collaborativeeffort, the team delivered a high-quality industrial asset that successfullyachieved LEED Silver certification, underscoring a shared commitment tosustainability and resilience.
