The Lakeside Oasis explores the transformation of an 8-acre lakefront site into a thoughtfully curated, community-focused destination. Developed in collaboration with the property owner and local township, GRA’s concept introduces a boutique 25-key hotel and spa supported by a series of complementary waterfront amenities.
The proposal integrates a modest amphitheater, craft brewery, private marina, and beach to activate the shoreline while preserving the site’s natural character. Rather than over-intensifying development, the design carefully balances scale, program, and landscape creating a vibrant yet relaxed lakefront environment that serves both visitors and the surrounding community.
