Building A (14 Units) & Building B (9 Units)
This contemporary multifamily development introduces a refined architectural presence to Union Street, blending clean urban lines with warm, natural materials. Composed of two residential buildings: Building A with 14 units and Building B with 9 units. The project provides an intimate neighborhood scale while contributing to the continued evolution of Lodi’s streetscape.
The design draws inspiration from modern townhouse typologies, expressed through alternating volumes, vertical window groupings, and a carefully composed palette of white brick and wood-tone cladding. These elements establish a rhythmic façade that feels both dynamic and human-centered. Ground-floor entries are paired with landscaped buffers to enhance privacy, soften the street edge, and introduce greenery into the pedestrian experience.
Generous windows bring abundant natural light into each unit, while subtle façade recesses and balcony accents create depth, shadow, and visual interest throughout the day. Streetscape improvements including new lighting, widened sidewalks, and thoughtful plantings strengthen the public realm and reinforce the project’s commitment to livability and community integration.
